When will I be charged?

You will be charged your initial payment on the day you first sign up. Going forward, you will be billed weekly on the same day that you started your subscription. Payments for upcoming deliveries must be paid 5 days before the delivery day.

How does the billing cycle work?

You will be billed weekly on the same day that you started your subscription. If you started your subscription on a day that is on or closer than 5 days from the delivery date, we might have to move your payment forward. Payments need to be in by Thursday at 23:59 (Melbourne) Tuesday at 23:59 (Sydney) to guarantee delivery on the following Tuesday (Melbourne) Sunday (Sydney).

What payment options are there?

You can choose a manual subscription or an automated subscription. This last option is the preferred method since the process is automatic. Also, keep in mind you can pause and cancel at any time.

You can use any type of credit card to make payments.

How much does VegMeUp cost?

The price varies based on the box (2 or 4 person) and the amount of meals in your subscription.

• 2-person box, 3 meals: $84.70
• 2-person box, 4 meals: $106.00
• 4-person box, 2 meals: $104.00
• 4-person box, 3 meals: $139.50.

These prices include FREE delivery in Metro Melbourne Sydney and Geelong.

How do I update my payment method?

1. Log in to your account. You’ll find the login button on the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click “payment methods” on the menu.
3. Click “add payment method”.
4. Add your card details and follow the prompts.
5. Select your new card details as a default option.
