Where does VegMeUp deliver?

We deliver throughout Melbourne Metro, Greater Geelong and Sydney. However, our delivery areas continue to grow! Please reference the postcode checker to see if we deliver in your area.

What day does VegMeUp deliver?

We deliver our food-boxes on Tuesdays.in Melbourne and Geelong. Sydney deliveries are made on the Sunday.

What time does VegMeUp deliver?

Our boxes are delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you can, as long as you provided us with your phone number. If so, you will get a notification on your phone plus a tracking link to follow your delivery.

How do I change my delivery address?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Once logged in, you’ll find a menu with a list of buttons. Click the “address button”.
3. Click “edit” and follow the prompts. You can either change the billing or delivery address.
4. Do not forget to save your changes.

What happens if I am not home when my box is delivered?

It is not a problem if you are not home. We will leave the box in a dry and safe place. If there is no safe place, we will give you a ring so you can instruct the driver where to leave your box. If there are any specific instructions that we need to be aware of, please let us know. You can leave a note with details when you place your order or send the driver a text with instructions when you get your tracking link notification on Tuesday morning (Victoria) Sunday morning (NSW)

When is the cut off time to order my next delivery?

The cut off for new orders is every Wednesday at 11pm (Victoria) Tuesday 11pm (NSW).

What happens if I forget to select my meals before the cut off time?

Don’t worry! If you forget to select your meals before the cut-off time, VegMeUp will automatically select our most delicious dishes available for you.
