Is there a referral program?
Yes there is. You can get $15.00 off your next box for every referral you make. Simply login to your account and click on the ‘referral link’ button. You can generate your personal referral link and send this to a friend.
When an order is made using your referral link you will automatically get an email with a notification and discount code. Next time when you place a new order make sure to use the discount code. Discount codes are valid for 30 days after they are generated.
How can I change my plan?
- Log in to your account.
- To pause or cancel, click “subscriptions” on the menu. Click “suspend” to pause your subscription or “cancel” to deactivate it.
- To order a different plan, click on “meal plans” at the menu. Select the new plan you want, then choose which meals you’d like and continue to checkout.

How can I change my order?
If you want to change the dishes that you already selected, please send us an email so we can manually update your order. Contact us at info@vegmeup.com.au.
How can I change my delivery address?
- Log in to your account.
- Click “address” on the menu.
- Click “edit” shipping address.
- Fill out your new details.
- Click “save”.
- If you are not sure if you did it correctly, please let us know that you updated your delivery address, and we can double check. Email us at info@vegmeup.com.au.
How do I change my email address?
At this point in time, it is not possible to change your email address since it is linked to your subscription. However, if you need to change it, the best thing to do is start a new subscription with your new email address and cancel your current subscription.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
To pause:
You can pause your subscription at any time. Please make sure you do this 5 days before the next delivery day. Follow these steps to pause your subscription:
- Login.
- Click “subscriptions”.
- Select your active subscription and click “suspend”. This will pause your subscription until you reactivate it again.
If you are taking a little break or going on holiday, let us know and we can set up your account to be reactivated automatically. This way, you won’t have to remember to reactivate your account, and a fresh box with delicious plant-based food will be ready for you when you return. Email us at info@vegmeup.com.au.
To cancel:
While we’d hate to see you go, we understand you may have to cancel your subscription at any time. Orders need to be cancelled 5 days prior to delivery day. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
- Login.
- Click “subscriptions”.
- Select your active subscription and click “cancel”. This will cancel your subscription until you reactivate it again.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your account please follow these instructions:
- Login.
- Click “subscriptions”.
- Click “reactivate” if your account has been suspended or “resubscribe” if your account was cancelled. Both actions will reactivate your subscription. Don’t forget to select your meals for your next order!
