Is VegMeUp vegan?
VegMeUp is fully vegan and plant-based. We do not use any food extracted from animals (including honey) or ingredients produced through animal exploitation.
Does VegMeUp cater to gluten-free diets?
Yes, we do! We always have a couple of gluten-free (GF) dishes available. We also offer gluten-free options (GFO), meaning we can replace certain ingredients with a gluten-free substitute in some of our dishes. For example, we can replace pasta for a gluten-free alternative. All of our gluten-free or gluten-free option dishes have a clearly stated GF or GFO label. We suggest leaving a note in your account saying you prefer gluten-free options. You can also email us to inform us of your preferences at info@vegmeup.com.au.

How do I sign up?
Click on the following link to sign up and follow the steps below: https://vegmeup.com.au/meal-plans/
- Select which box you want (4-person box or a 2-person box).
- Select the quantity of meals you need.
- Select the dishes you would like to receive (plus additional add-ons).
- Click “proceed to checkout”.
- Fill in your details and preferred payment method.
- Do not forget to inform us about any special delivery instructions or preferences.
- Agree with the terms and conditions, and place your order.
Am I locked into a subscription?
No, you are not. While VegMeUp is a subscription-based service, you can pause or cancel at any time. If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so 5 days before your next delivery.
Can I receive a box every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week instead of weekly?
Yes! If you prefer to set up an account where you receive a box every 2nd, 3rd or 4th week instead of weekly, let us know. Send us an email at info@vegmeup.com.au, and we will help you set up your account so it suits your needs.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
To pause or cancel your subscription, you need to log in to your account.
- Log in to your account.
- Click “subscriptions” on the menu.
- Select your active subscription.
- To pause your subscription, click “suspend”.
- To cancel your subscription, click “cancel”.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your subscription, you need to log in to your account.
- Log in to your account using the login button on the top right corner of your screen.
- Click “subscriptions” on the menu.
- Select your paused or cancelled subscription.
- To reactivate your subscription, click “reactivate”.
Where can I find previous recipes?
Scroll to the bottom of our website, and you will find a link that says “past recipes”. Click this link for all the dishes that we have had on our menu so far.

What boxes and plans do you offer?
We offer 2-person and 4-person boxes. A 2-person box often works great in a 1-person household. Many of our 1-person household customers use their leftovers for lunch next day.
There are multiple options for the 2- and 4-person boxes:
- 2-person box: 3, 4 or 6 meals per week
- 4-person box: 2 or 3 meals per week.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged your initial payment on the day you first sign up. Going forward, you will be billed weekly on the same day that you started your subscription. Payments for your new box must be paid 5 days before delivery day.
